A New Direction (For a bit)
While I return to school, I’d like to take a turn with an age I have never worked with before.

There’s a lot of work to be done.
2025/2026
Return to school, & take a step back! Reevaluate a little, with little ones. Develop & solidify base programs for my club, change operating model (Slightly).
2026/2027
Take a step in to return to U16/U18 Coaching- With at least 2 others! I need support in this. Competition Development for Cross Country.
5+ Years
Create a framework for the amalgamation of two sport bodies. Go international with IBU!
10+ Years
Work with the sport body on the new location project.
